Business Adaptation and Learning Processes at ELTI Offline Course Institutions using the LMS platform from Katalis.App
Since the Covid-19 Pandemic hit in 2020, there have been many conventional educational institutions that have chosen to use the Learning Management System (LMS) as an alternative to online training platforms. One example is ELTI [English Literatur Training Indonesia]/
Before choosing to use the LMS, ELTI was an offline English learning institution that relied on face-to-face teaching methods. ELTI itself is a subsidiary of Kompas Gramedia which has spread across several major cities in Indonesia.
Initially, ELTI tried various online platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet to hold online classes. However, they soon realized that these platforms were not enough to meet their needs in implementing online learning methods.
Finally, after searching for a more effective solution, ELTI decided to use LMS as their online learning platform. With LMS, they can easily deliver course materials, assignments, exams, and more to their students, and evaluate their learning progress and results more easily.
Apart from that, ELTI also found various other advantages in using LMS as an alternative to their online training platform. They can save the time and money they previously spent preparing for face-to-face classes, and provide flexibility and accessibility to their students.
In a short time, ELTI managed to implement the LMS successfully and provide students with a high-quality online learning experience. This helps them increase the productivity and quality of learning, as well as maintain their reputation and competition in the digital age.
