Common problems during the IT course :

SETUP

The programming course needs software installation, such as the Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Interpreter. Most of the time, during the installation session, the learners face troubles and need hours to troubleshoot them. It disturbs the training schedule and we must remove several lessons for loss of time.

LIMITED TIME

The programming training needs plenty of time, but we can’t conduct face-to-face class with packed, long hours, considering the budget and time availability. We need a strategy to make sure the learners can study the lessons, in their own time, according to their own speed.

INITIAL LEARNING BEFORE THE COURSE

To give effective training, we expect the learners to study the basic lesson at home and try the training’s quiz,but there is no way for us to track. Learners attend the class with no basic understanding. It can slow the class and be a downside for the prepared learners.
